Guide rollers – PU tread
Product information
- Guide rollers with Polyurethane tread and ball bearing are available in roller diameters from Ø30mm to Ø75mm inclusive
- Polyurethane (PU) tread, hardness 92° Shore A
- Cilindrical tread
- The PU tread is injection moulded around the precision ball bearing; mechanicily bounded
- Designed with a single row groove ball bearing with 2RS rubber seals on both sides
- Maximum load from 20kg to 75kg inclusive
- Elastic damping, extremely durable, smooth-running (low rolling resistance), low-noise and suitable for intensive use
- Highly resistant to chemicals, including oils, greases and other chemicals
- Guide rollers with PU tread are suitable for shifting systems, sorting equipement, conveyers, material handeling and elevator and lifting constructions.
Material & colour
- Bearing: Metal with NBR (nitrile rubber) seals
- Tread: PU (Polyurethane) – daffodil yellow (RAL 1007)
