Payment options
Verpas basically offers two payment options:
Prepayment:
You pay for your order directly during the ordering process using the payment methods offered in the webshop, such as iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Credit Card, Giropay, or advance payment/bank transfer. For the advance payment/bank transfer option, it usually takes several working days before the payment is processed by the payment platform. Only once the payment is marked as successful by the payment platform will your order be processed.
Post-payment:
You will receive the invoice shortly after your order has left our warehouse. This invoice must be paid within the payment term stated on the invoice. Our standard is 30 days net after the invoice date. We reserve the right not to offer post-payment in all cases.
Secure ordering & payment
Our webshop uses an HTTPS protocol to ensure secure data exchange. This means the internet connection with our website is secured and protected from unauthorized access. Additionally, online payments are processed by the Multisafepay payment platform, which meets the highest security standards for online payments.
Invoice
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will shortly receive an invoice by email in a PDF file. The invoice indicates whether the invoice has already been paid or which payment term applies if post-payment was chosen.
