Push in feet and glass buffers
Push-in feet, also called grommet feet or stacking buffers, are available in plastic or rubber and in many shapes and sizes. The buffer head provides surface protection and can also be anti-slip and (noise-) dampening. The push-in feet in this section are push fit or press fit and are pushed into a hole or bore. Plastic or rubber push-in feet are often used as stack protection, impact stop buffers, feet for housings or as supports for (glass) plates or shelves.

Where are push-in feet applied?
Push-in feet are used as stacking protection for chairs, tables or other objects. The buffer feet prevent damage and scratching between stacked objects.
Push-in bumper feet are also widely used in appliance and machine housings, both as panel feet and as a mini bump stop buffer for doors and hatches. In addition to push-in feet and bumps, there are also self-adhesive device feet and buffers available.
Glass buffers
Push-in buffers are also used as supports for glass plates. In such cases, they are also referred to as glass buffers. Glass buffers serve as supports for glass shelves and glass tabletops. They are therefore often used in display cabinets and tables with glass plates.
Glass buffers are available as a push-in type buffer, but self-adhesive glass buffers are also available.
