Bakelite star knob - DIN 6336 – tapped clearance hole
Product information
- Bakelite star knobs with a tapped clearance hole are available in thread sizes from M6 to M12 inclusive
- Star knobs in diameters from Ø 32 mm to Ø 63 mm inclusive
- Similar to DIN 6336, form D
- Temperature-resistant up to 110-120°C, briefly 180-200°C
- Good electrical insulation
- Bakelite is highly resistant to chemicals
- Wide range of uses, e.g. as an adjustment screw or locking screw in machines, fabrications, vehicles or furniture.
Material: Knob – PF (phenol formaldehyde), Threaded insert – galvanised steel or brass
Colour: Knob – black, Threaded insert – zinc-coloured or brass-coloured
