- Knock-in threaded inserts with retaining ribs and collar are available with thread sizes M8 and M10
- These threaded inserts are hammered into a pre-drilled hole
- Retaining ribs under the collar provide a locking function preventing torsion of the nut as the screw fastener is tightened
- Additional gluing in is possible due to the grooved shaft
- These knock-in threaded inserts, also known as hammer-in nuts, are ideal for metric screw joints in wood or panel material such as chipboard and MDF, or even soft plastic. Suitable for attaching levelling feet or for connecting (detachable) assembly parts
