This type of bolt and nut protection cap is especially designed to also cover washers in special sizes and is available for M5 to M68 inclusive, or for UNC 1/4” to UNC 2 1/2”
With washer protection cover for washer in other sizes then DIN125/126, ISO 7089 / ISO 7091
Suitable for spanner sizes from 8 mm to 100 mm inclusive
Some sizes are available in telescopic versions to protect longer lengths of thread
Resistant to UV radiation - (organic) acids, oil, fats, seawater, etc.
Sealing lip on the base prevents water ingress (also via capillary action) and the resulting corrosion
These bolt and nut protection caps with washer protection cover for special washer sizes provide neat finishing and protection of bolt connections in fabrications, road and water construction and the offshore sector
