Secure bolt and nut caps – two-piece - UV stabalized

Secure Nut & Bolt Covers for playground equipment are used to shield and protect screw connections, such as bolts, nuts and screw heads. The 2-part design and rounded shape of these secure covers significantly increase safety, as sharp parts of the screw connection are completely shielded. Moreover, the 2 parts are not detachable from each other after assembly.

Sizes, colours and UV resistance

These secure 2-piece covers are available in different colours, such as yellow, green, red, blue, white and black. Colour combinations can be put together at your own discretion, as the parts are supplied separately.

In addition to colours, there is a choice of standard plastic or UV stabilised plastic. UV stabilisation significantly increases weather resistance and thus colour fastness and durability. With standard plastic, ageing and colour fading will occur sooner under the influence of sunlight and weather influences.

Secure nut and bolt covers for playground equipment are available for various standard bolt sizes, such as M6, M8, M10 and M12. Other types of bolts and screws may also be possible. Do check in advance whether the cover cap has sufficient internal space.

Application examples of 2-part covers

Generally these secure covers are used to protect screw connections in playground equipment, for example playhouses, swings, slides, sandboxes, etc. By using colour combinations it can also be used as a decorative feature. For example by using a white base cap and a black cover cap therewith giving the impression of an animal's eye.

In addition to playground equipment, this 2-part cover can also be used to make screw connections in public spaces vandalism-proof, for example benches and informationsigns. In short, the application possibilities are endless.
