To return your order, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email:

• Return your shipment to us within 14 days after your withdrawal notification.
• Clearly write 'WITHDRAWAL' on the packing slip or copy of the invoice.
• Include the packing slip or copy invoice in the package.
• Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original packaging if possible.
• The costs and risk of the return shipment are at your expense.
• After receiving and processing your return, we will refund the amount due.
