You are not obliged to use our online form. You can also notify us of your withdrawal in another way, for example by email.
- Return your shipment to us within 14 days after your withdrawal notification.
- Clearly write 'WITHDRAWAL' on the packing slip or copy of the invoice.
- Include the packing slip or copy-invoice in the package.
- Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original packaging if possible.
- The costs and risk of the return shipment are at your expense.
- After receiving and processing your return, we will refund the amount due.
