Ventilation plugs for sheet material
Product information
- Ventilation plugs for sheet material are available for round holes from Ø 12.7 mm to Ø 50.8 mm
- Securely clamped in place by moulded clips up to a maximum sheet thickness of 3.2 mm
- Thin, textured convex head in sizes from Ø 14.7 mm to Ø 54.4 mm inclusive
- Ventilation holes measuring Ø 2.4 mm or Ø 3.2 mm, number of holes depending on head size
- Non-removable design (NB difficult to remove from the outside)
- RoHS compliant and satisfies UL 94V-2 fire safety requirements
- Suitable for use from -35 °C to 105 °C
- Suitable for plugging round holes, clearance holes and assembly halls in sheet material while still providing ventilation. Widely used in machine construction, coachbuilding, the automotive industry, shipbuilding, etc.
