Materials
Plastic end caps are available in different materials depending on the application. Most are made from PVC or PE, injection moulded for a precise fit. We also offer rubber caps and soft, rubber-like PVC caps made through dip moulding. These provide extra flexibility and grip and are more flexible and ideal for grip or cushioning.
Colour options
Black plastic end caps are the default choice for most applications. However, for design-focused projects, we also stock white, grey and transparent versions to suit a wider range of styles.
Floor protection with chair leg caps
One of the most popular uses of push-on end caps is as chair leg caps or furniture glides. Because they fit over the leg rather than inside it, they are often referred to as plastic or rubber ferrules. Round ferrules are especially common for tubular chair legs.
These caps help protect your furniture and floors by reducing scratches, friction and noise. They extend the life of your flooring and are suitable for surfaces like parquet, tiles or laminate. Some models come with felt pads or PTFE inserts for extra floor protection and smooth, silent movement.

End Caps for Tubes and Box Sections
Plastic end caps are also widely used in construction and industry – to protect, seal and finish open-ended tubes, box sections, flat steel or rods. These end caps prevent the ingress of dirt, moisture and corrosion, and cover sharp edges neatly. They're ideal for metalwork, furniture production and assembly work.
For pipes and utility pipelines, we offer a separate range of protective caps, pipe end and flange protection.
