Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
When you purchase as a consumer (for purposes outside of your commercial or professional activity), you are entitled to a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days.
1. The withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
2. How to notify us of your withdrawal?

3. Refund
If you withdraw from the entire contract, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including the delivery costs for the initial shipment (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of your notification.
Please note: If you only return a part of your order, the delivery costs for the initial shipment will not be refunded, and only the value of the returned items will be reimbursed.
We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods.
4. Return shipment & Costs
You must return the goods within 14 days of your notification. The direct costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.

Important for fast processing:
Always include the (copy) packing slip and write 'WITHDRAWAL' clearly on it. This allows us to recognize and process your return immediately.
5. Depreciation
You may inspect the products as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products manufactured to your specifications (custom-made).
- Products specifically manufactured at the customer's request that are not part of the standard range.
- Products which by their nature cannot be returned or spoil quickly.
