Product information

Flat PTFE (Teflon) washers are available for M2 to M20 screws
To DIN 125, DIN 34815, ISO 7089
Temperature resistance from -200ºC to +260ºC
Good flame resistance; UL 94 V2 fire classification
Low friction coëfficiënt and good anti-stickness
Zero water absorption and good UV resistance - non aging
Excellent dielectric properties (electrical insulator)
Very good chemical resistance; resistant to most chemicals such as bases, acids, oils, steam etc.
PTFE washers are used in critical applications in which a.o. high or low temperatures, chemical resistance and low friction are important.

Material: PTFA (polytetrafluoroethylene / Teflon)
Colour: white
