Acquisition of Thovip Kunststoffen by Verpas B.V.

With appropriate pride, we inform you that as of 7 June 2025, Thovip Kunststoffen has been acquired by Verpas B.V. The management of Thovip is handing over the reins to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Since Verpas has been active in the same industry for many years and shares the same values, this acquisition was a logical step.

Please note: Thovip Workspace Solutions is not part of this acquisition and will continue to operate as an independent company.
